This week may be Fausto Palma-Guifarro’s last in the United States.

The 18-year-old, a recent graduate of Jordan High School, faces deportation Thursday after living in Durham for six years.

Palma-Guifarro must report to Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Charlotte to find out whether he will be sent back to his native Honduras immediately or get more time to find a way to stay.
