Competitive swimming is year-long sport

Since that time, competitive Swimming has become a staple in the Northeast Ohio high school sports scene.
Swimming, however, is one of those sports that extends beyond the boundaries of high school competition.
The best swimmers typically train and compete year-round.
USA Swimming, the governing body for swimming in the United States, is a 300,000 member-service organization comprised of more than 2,800 club teams open to swimmers of all ages. <
